Matt has been a godsend. I operate a CILA for the developmentally disabled in Lincoln. We first found M&M when our normal electrician failed to respond to our phonecalls. Not only was Matt very responsive (he almost always answers the phone and does not send you to VM, but if you do have to leave a message he responds same day!) he was very quick to get our installation done. The first job we used him forward installing emergency lights. We'll done and the lights worked perfectly! When we did have our fire inspection the fire Marshall pointed out a different issue(nothing to do with the lights he installed) so the home manager immediately called Matt to see if it was something he could fix. He said he was nearby and would come over immediately to take a look. He showed up and fixed it while the fire Marshall was still there! Because of this, we did not get a ding on our inspection. Not only that, he did not charge us! Since then we have used M&M to install two tankless water heaters(the home is a duplex). Matt helped do the research to make sure the waterheaters would pass state code for group homes(there are strict temperatures the water needs to be maintained at) and got them installed seamlessly. Just today my home manger discovered one of the tubs had a leak. She called Matt, he answered, and he will be out tomorrow morning to fix it. And of that I have no doubt. M&M is fantastic, trustworthy,dependable, timely, and an actual joy to work with. This is not something you find often in contractors so they have become the first call for us when anything needs attention in the home.

My A/C went out on Thursday night. I called right before they were closing to see the chances of getting someone out the next day. He gave me a couple tips/advice to try on my frozen pipes (in hopes I would not need help). Unfortunately, it was a motor issue - on my dinosaur of a furnace. The work was done fast and professionally (costing less than the estimate). I would highly recommend and will use again (had him shoot me an estimate to place my whole heating/cooling system).
